Side Extension Single Storey
This type of extension is typical for a 3/4 bedroom property. Foundation and footings are dug out to the appropriate depth level; once this has been completed concrete is then poured into the appropriate area and left to set. Once this has dried and set, the brick work is then set into place, structural steels are required, new timber roof; top quality timer is only used for these works. New floor joists are implemented. The extension is then plastered after full installation has been added to the party walls and stud framework.
